At Teafy, we want to ensure our customers receive the best quality experience with our products, thus through our returns policy, we hope to support our customers and provide an equal share.
If you are not satisfied with your product, we’ll happily process a refund (this refund will be minus the shipment cost). Send your unopened item back to us within 15 business days from the date you received your shipment. The cost of return shipment will be your own, and remember to keep your tax invoice for proof of purchase. Once we receive your return, our team will evaluate the condition of the product. Keep in mind, if the product is evaluated poorly, we may deny a refund.
